Michael J. Merrill
Mr. Merrill focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, mortgage foreclosure defense, real estate law, business law, family law, and criminal defense.
Mr. Merrill graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Business. While attending the University of Utah, Mr. Merrill was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, a national Economics honor society. Mr. Merrill earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. Mr. Merrill received awards for the highest class grade in Legal Research and Writing I, Trade Regulations, and Consumer Protection. Mr. Merrill also participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Association while at Barry University School of Law.
